Hi. I am starting a website at http://PDfilmsOnline.webs.com to put up old PD films online, not everything just my personal favorites. The webs.com server will not allow me to put up the mp4 files directly, so I am wondering if it would be OK for me to put a download link directly to the content ( IE Download here! ) on my site or is this hotlinking?

I think it is OK. Make sure you've read the Terms of Use.

OK Looks like it is fine. I am going to use link-protector.com though.
